Wisconsin Statutes Employment, Compensation and Mining (Ch. 101 to 109) § 105.08. Authority of department

The department has the power to supervise every employment agency as is necessary to adequately enforce and administer all laws and lawful orders designed to prevent fraud, misrepresentations, false statements, or other unauthorized acts of such employment agent.
