Wisconsin Statutes Banking and Finance (Ch. 214 to 225) § 221.0515. Disclosure to shareholders

The bank shall include with each notice of an annual meeting delivered to shareholders copies for the 2 preceding fiscal years of the bank's balance sheets, statements of profit and loss and reconcilements of the bank's loan loss reserve.
