A savings bank holding company and each subsidiary of a savings bank holding company shall register with the division within 180 days after May 7, 1992, or within 90 days after becoming a savings bank holding company or subsidiary, whichever is later. A savings bank holding company and each subsidiary of a savings bank holding company shall register on forms prescribed by the division. A registration form shall include information with respect to the financial condition, ownership, management, and intercompany relations of the holding company and its subsidiaries and such related matters as the division considers necessary.
