Utah Code Title 10. Utah Municipal Code § 10-1-113. Severability clause

If any chapter, part, section, paragraph or subsection of this act,  1 or the application thereof is held to be invalid, the remainder of this act is not affected thereby.

1 Laws 1977, c. 48 that repealed and reenacted Title 10, Chapters 1, 2, and 3, and repealed along with other provisions of the Utah Code Title 10, Chapters 4, 5, 6 and 14.
