Texas Labor Code - LAB § 101.252. Liability of Labor Organization

A labor organization whose members picket or strike against a person is liable for damages for a loss resulting to the person because of the picketing or strike if a court of competent jurisdiction holds that the picketing or strike is a breach of contract.
