Texas Insurance Code - INS § 885.151. Applicability to Certain Fraternal Benefit Societies Continuously Authorized to Engage in Business

Current as of January 01, 2024 | Updated by FindLaw Staff

This subchapter does not apply to a fraternal benefit society authorized to engage in business in this state on June 1, 1965, as long as the society's certificate of authority or any renewal or extension of its certificate of authority continues in force.
