Texas Insurance Code - INS § 846.103. Limitation on Action Against Board Member

A board member may not be held liable in a private cause of action for any delinquency under Section 846.102 after the expiration of the earlier of:

(1) six years from the date of delinquency;  or

(2) two years from the time when the delinquency is discovered by a person complaining of the delinquency.
