Texas Insurance Code - INS § 843.317. Exclusion of Physician or Provider Based on Affiliation With Health Maintenance Organization Prohibited

A physician, health care provider, group of physicians or health care providers, or health care facility or institution may not exclude a physician or provider from staff privileges or a facility or institution solely because the physician or provider is associated with a health maintenance organization that holds a certificate of authority under this chapter.
