Texas Insurance Code - INS § 843.310. Contracts With Physicians or Providers:  Certain Indemnity Clauses Prohibited

A contract between a health maintenance organization and a physician or provider may not contain a clause purporting to indemnify the health maintenance organization for any liability in tort resulting from an act or omission of the health maintenance organization.
