Texas Insurance Code - INS § 651.209. Sanctions; Cease and Desist Orders

In addition to each penalty provided by Sections 651.166 and 651.208, the commissioner or a person designated by the commissioner may:

(1) order a sanction under Subchapter B, Chapter 82;  1 or

(2) issue a cease and desist order under Chapter 83.
