Texas Insurance Code - INS § 651.056. Notice of Action on Application

Current as of January 01, 2024 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

Not later than the 90th day after the date the department receives an application under Section 651.054, the department shall notify the applicant that:

(1) the application has been approved and the department will issue a license to the applicant on payment of the required license fee;  or

(2) the application has been denied.
