(a) A person commits an offense if the person is an agent who holds a license under this code and the person assists or conspires with a person whose license as an agent has been suspended or revoked to act as an agent.
(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:
(1) a fine not to exceed $1,000;
(2) confinement in jail for a term of not more than six months; or
(3) both fine and confinement in jail under this subsection.
