Texas Insurance Code - INS § 4005.002. Authorization to Obtain Certain Records or Photographs

(a) In connection with a client's application for insurance coverage or with the issuance of an insurance policy to a client, or on a client's request, a general property and casualty agent or personal lines property and casualty agent may obtain:
