Texas Insurance Code - INS § 2704.003. Copy of Policy or Contract to Agent or Direct Operation

In a reasonable period as determined by the department, a copy of each title insurance policy or contract issued in a real property transaction shall be provided to each title insurance agent or direct operation providing the title evidence on which the policy or contract is issued.
