Texas Insurance Code - INS § 2602.253. Claim in Connection With Fidelity of Agent

An unpaid claim is a covered claim if an impaired title insurance company is liable for the claim in connection with the fidelity of the company's agent as authorized by Subchapter A, Chapter 2702.  1
