(a) A person or organization may not knowingly give false or misleading information to the department or commissioner, an insurer, or any other entity that will in any manner affect the proper determination of rates or premiums.
(b) An insurer or agent who knowingly misrepresents the actual or replacement value of real or personal property to achieve an unfair competitive rate advantage commits an offense.
