Texas Insurance Code - INS § 2203.403. Decision of Board of Directors

(a) Not later than the 10th day after the date of the hearing under Section 2203.402(b), the board of directors shall affirm, reverse, or modify the board's previous action or the appealed act.

(b) At the time the person is notified of the final action of the board of directors, the association shall provide to the person written notice of the person's right to appeal under Section 2203.404.
