Texas Insurance Code - INS § 1952.052. Use of Previously Approved or Adopted Policy Forms Authorized

An insurer may continue to use a policy form or endorsement approved or adopted by the commissioner under Article 5.06 before June 11, 2003, on notification in writing to the commissioner that the insurer will continue to use the policy form or endorsement.
