Texas Insurance Code - INS § 1901.004. Annual Reports

(1) all claims and the amounts of those claims;

(2) amounts of claims reserves;

(3) investment income of the insurer derived from medical professional liability premiums;

(4) information relating to amounts of judgments and settlements paid on claims;  and

(5) other information required by the commissioner.
