A standard certificate of insurance form promulgated by the Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development, the American Association of Insurance Services, or the Insurance Services Office (ISO) is deemed approved on the date the form is filed with the department. Notwithstanding this section, the commissioner may withdraw approval of a standard form under Section 1811.102.
