Texas Insurance Code - INS § 1451.401. Contract With Osteopathic Hospital

A health maintenance organization or preferred provider benefit plan issuer that contracts with a hospital to provide services to covered individuals may not refuse to contract with an osteopathic hospital solely because the hospital is an osteopathic hospital.
