Texas Insurance Code - INS § 1451.258. Notice of Available Providers

(a) A health benefit plan issuer shall provide to each person covered under the plan a timely written notice of the choices of the types of physician providers available for the direct access required under this subchapter.

(b) The notice must be stated in clear and accurate language.
