The reports required by Sections 1369.502 and 1369.503 must include information relating to private health benefit plans that cover prescription drugs and are regulated by the department. The reports may not include information relating to:
(1) the child health plan program under Chapter 62, Health and Safety Code, or the health benefits plan for children under Chapter 63, Health and Safety Code; or
(2) the medical assistance program under Chapter 32, Human Resources Code.
