(a) A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to a college, school, or other institution of learning, to a school district or school jurisdictional unit, or to the head, principal, or governing board of such an educational unit to cover students, teachers, or employees.
(b) The institution, head, principal, or governing board is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies.
