Texas Insurance Code - INS § 1251.054. Eligibility for Group Life Insurance

A group accident and health insurance policy may be issued to any individual or organization to which a policy of group life insurance may be issued or delivered in this state to insure any class or classes of individuals that could be insured under the group life policy.
