Texas Insurance Code - INS § 1101.004. Premiums Payable in Advance

A life insurance policy must provide that all premiums are payable in advance at the home office of the company that issues the policy or to an agent of the company on delivery of a receipt signed by at least one of the company officers designated in the policy.
