Texas Human Resources Code - HUM RES § 32.0241. Review of Waiver Request

The commission shall, at least biennially, review the feasibility of requesting a waiver for the elderly under Section 1915(c), federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1396n), if the reimbursement rates for nursing facilities under the medical assistance program have increased since the preceding review.
