Texas Human Resources Code - HUM RES § 31.035. Method of Payment

(a) The commission shall periodically furnish the comptroller with a list of persons eligible for financial assistance under this chapter and the amount to which each person is entitled.

(b) The comptroller shall draw payments for the specified amounts on the proper accounts and shall transmit the payments to the commission. The commission shall supervise the delivery of the payments to the persons entitled to them.
