Texas Human Resources Code - HUM RES § 152.1583. Collection and Disbursement of Support Payments in Lubbock County

(a) The juvenile board of Lubbock County may require a juvenile probation officer to collect and disburse child support payments that are required by court order to be made to a court in the county.

(b) The juvenile probation officer shall keep a record of money received and disbursed in a well-bound book subject to public inspection in the probation office. The county auditor shall audit the records.
