Texas Health and Safety Code - HEALTH & SAFETY § 85.010. Educational Course for Employees and Clients of Health Care Facilities

A health care facility licensed by the department or the Department of Aging and Disability Services shall require its employees to complete an educational course about HIV infection based on the model educational materials developed by the department.
