Texas Health and Safety Code - HEALTH & SAFETY § 775.038. Compensation; Conflict of Interest

(a) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., ch. 219 (H.B. 2504), § 2.

(a-1) A commissioner of a district is entitled to receive compensation in the same manner and amount as are provided by Section 49.060, Water Code.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., ch. 219 (H.B. 2504), § 2.

(c) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., ch. 219 (H.B. 2504), § 2.

(d) Commissioners are subject to Chapter 171, Local Government Code.
