On request of a mobile food vendor, the department shall reimburse the vendor the portion of the fee charged for each health inspection required under this subchapter that was not conducted by the department or local authority under a collaborative agreement during the time the vendor's license was valid. The department shall reimburse the vendor not later than the 30th day after the date the department receives the vendor's request.
