Texas Health and Safety Code - HEALTH & SAFETY § 394.006. Restriction on Use of Grant

A recipient of a grant under this chapter shall use the grant to pay the incremental costs of the replacement or vehicle repower for which the grant is made, which may include a portion of the initial cost of the natural gas vehicle or natural gas engine, including the cost of the natural gas fuel system and installation. The recipient may not use the grant to pay the recipient's administrative expenses.
