Texas Health and Safety Code - HEALTH & SAFETY § 361.905. Tax Abatement Agreement Incentives

Subject to the requirements of Subchapter C, Chapter 312, Tax Code,  1 a county may designate an area of the county that contains a brownfield as a reinvestment zone and enter into a tax abatement agreement based on the remediation of the brownfield with the eligible owner of the brownfield.
