Texas Health and Safety Code - HEALTH & SAFETY § 361.030. Federal Funds

The commission may accept funds from the federal government for purposes concerning solid waste management and spend money received from the federal government for those purposes in the manner prescribed by law and in accordance with agreements as are necessary and appropriate between the federal government and the commission.
