Texas Health and Safety Code - HEALTH & SAFETY § 344.007. Election on Dissolution of District

Each commissioners court that has established a mosquito control district under this chapter shall order an election to dissolve the mosquito control district on a petition of not less than 10 percent of the qualified voters of the county, as determined by the number of votes cast for all candidates for governor in the most recent gubernatorial general election.
