Texas Health and Safety Code - HEALTH & SAFETY § 314A.052. Application

(a) One or more parties to a merger agreement may submit an application to the designated agency for a certificate of public advantage governing the merger agreement. The application must include a written copy of the merger agreement and describe the nature and scope of the merger.

(b) If an applicant believes the documents or other information required to be submitted with an application under Subsection (a) contains proprietary information that is required to remain confidential, the applicant shall:
