Texas Health and Safety Code - HEALTH & SAFETY § 314.007. Mergers and Consolidations Involving Hospitals

The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any agreement among hospitals by which ownership or control over substantially all of the stock, assets of activities of one or more previously licensed and operating hospitals is placed under the control of another licensed hospital or hospitals.
