If a finding of reportable conduct is the basis for an entry in the nurse aide registry maintained under Chapter 250 and the entry is subsequently removed from the nurse aide registry, the department shall immediately remove the record of reportable conduct from the employee misconduct registry maintained under Section 253.007.
