(a) In addition to employee leave authorized elsewhere in this chapter, the administrative head of an agency may grant administrative leave without a deduction in salary to an employee as a reward for outstanding performance as documented by employee performance appraisals.
(b) The total amount of administrative leave an employee may be granted under this section may not exceed 32 hours during a fiscal year.
