Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 540A.0057. Enrollment as Medicaid Provider by Certain Motor Vehicle Operators Not Required

The commission or a managed transportation organization that subcontracts with a transportation network company under Section 540A.0054 may not require a motor vehicle operator who is part of the subcontracted transportation network company's network to enroll as a Medicaid provider to provide services under this subchapter.
