Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 540A.0056. Periodic Screening of Transportation Network Company or Motor Vehicle Operator Authorized

The commission or a managed transportation organization that subcontracts with a transportation network company under Section 540A.0054 may require the transportation network company or a motor vehicle operator who provides services under this subchapter to be periodically screened against the list of excluded individuals and entities the Office of Inspector General of the United States Department of Health and Human Services maintains.
