Texas Education Code - EDUC § 110.33. Courses and Degrees; Rules

The board of regents may prescribe courses leading to customary degrees and may adopt rules for the operation, control, and management of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso as necessary for conducting a health sciences center of the first class.
