Texas Education Code - EDUC § 110.32. Concurrent Powers

The board of regents has the same powers of governance, control, jurisdiction, and management over the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso as the board of regents exercises over the other component institutions of the Texas Tech University System.
