Rhode Island General Laws Title 29. Libraries § 29-6-10. Appropriation authorization

The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sums as it may deem necessary for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of §§ 29-6-2, 29-6-6, 29-6-7, 29-6-9, and 29-6-12; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of the sums, or so much thereof as may from time to time be required, upon his or her receipt of duly authenticated vouchers.
