Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 P.S. Trade and Commerce § 2012. Application for license

An application for such a license shall include a statement that the applicant or any of its officers or employes have not been convicted of any crime. Such application shall include the names and addresses of all officers and employes of such applicant, and the names and addresses of all officers and employes of any franchise dealer of such applicant.
