Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 P.S. Trade and Commerce § 1984. Penalty

A jeweler who violates the provisions of this act commits a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $100 for the first offense and $200 for the second or any subsequent offense.
