Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 793. Term of office

The term of lieutenant governor shall commence on the third Tuesday of January following his election, and he shall hold his office for four years and until his successor is elected and qualified, and shall receive an annual salary of three thousand dollars. 1
