Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 791. Election

The qualified voters of the commonwealth shall choose by ballot on the Tuesday next following the first Monday of November, in the year 1874, and on the day of the general election every four years thereafter, one person, duly qualified, to fill the office of lieutenant governor for the ensuing four years.
