(a) The annual expenditure plan recommended by the Recycling Fund Advisory Committee shall be submitted by the Governor to the General Assembly as part of the Governor's annual budget submission. The Recycling Fund expenditure plan shall be open for review and comment by the members of the General Assembly. The recommended Recycling Fund expenditure plan submitted by the Governor as part of the annual budget submission shall include a detailed listing of the types of programs for the actual year, current year and proposed budget year which will receive a higher funding recommendation for the coming fiscal year.
(b) Repealed by 1999, Dec. 15, P.L. 949, No. 68, § 3(a), effective Dec. 31, 1999.
